چکیده
Several studies report flow disturbance and microcirculation disorders upon anesthesia treatment. These alterations are often related to blood rheology changes. In this work, it was attempted make a detailed description of the in erythrocyte mechanical properties by action propofol, remifentanil, vecuronium. For this, an vitro study performed on red cell samples from healthy donors incubated with solutions propofol (4 ?g/mL whole blood), remifentanil (10 ng/mL plasma), vecuronium (0.15 plasma). Erythrocyte viscoelastic parameters were determined octuplicate using Reómetro Eritrocitario. Also, Wilcoxon signed rank-test Yates correction for continuity analyze overall alteration erythrocytes.
